Edward is a visionary entrepreneur who is extremely humble in nature. He is incredibly hard working and dedicated to the business, and he places the employees at the heart of his success.

Joseph is responsible for developing and executing the business strategy. He is committed to driving the success of the business through his visionary entrepreneurial leadership.
He provides clear focused direction for the senior leadership team, balanced with a high degree of autonomy and trust.

Dr James Kerr joined EDC in November 2021 as Director of Design and engineering. James joins us with a wealth of experience from Lotus where he has been the Chief Engineer for all body content on the two new products to market in the Emira and Evjia.
Before that he was the engineering manager for Body in SVO at Jaguar Land Rover where he developed and launched all SVR and SVA body content on multiple projects including Jaguar project 8, F-Pace SVR, Range Rover SVA and Range Rover Sport SVR.
James holds an Engineering Doctorate and Bachelor Engineering Degree In materials science and engineering from Swansea University and has recently graduated with a MBA from the University of East Anglia.

Steve joined EDC in August 2024 as Operations Director. Steve has a wealth of experience having successfully run Operations at site and group level for the past 25 years. Steve is responsible for the operations and production at our Pontypool and Dagenham sites

Peter joined EDC in May 2018 as Director of Finance; he has a wealth of experience in the smooth running of Manufacturing SME finance teams gained over the last 20 years.
He joined from IG design group where he had been a Finance Manager, reporting to the Finance Director, having previously worked for the Resource Group for 15 years as the Executive Director of Finance at Euroclad. During his time there he was responsible for the successful financial integration of a number of acquisitions made by the company.
He also formed a key part of the team which lead to the sale of the business to Kingspan Plc in 2016.

Andrew is responsible for strategic sourcing, procurement, contract management and supply chain across the business.
Andrew is a technical professional who is analytically driven to improve the organisations skills and visibility of purchasing to increase both internal and external collaboration and partnership.

Sian is responsible to design and deliver the full HR agenda to support business development, growth, and transformation.
Sian is dedicated to enhancing employee engagement through promoting open communication and encouraging employees to continually learn and develop, so they can be their best.

Carolyn’s role includes advising on strategic contracts, corporate compliance and policy review.
Carolyn has over 35 years’ experience in corporate and commercial law, having previously been a partner in a regional law firm. She brings a breadth of legal experience to EDC with her knowledge of a wide range of disciplines including corporate, commercial, IT, contracts and IP.
Carolyn started working for EDC in 2016 as an external adviser and joined the senior leadership team in 2021. She values a calm, common sense approach and enjoys her involvement in the day-to-day business of EDC.
Carolyn has a Bachelor of Laws Degree and is a qualified Solicitor.
