01 Who do you supply to?
We work exclusively with OEMs, working on pre-registration, fully homologated solutions to help reduce in-plant complexity, increase speed-to-market at low to medium volumes.
02 What volumes can you supply?
Our programmes are built for low-to-medium volume, from 300 to 5,000 units per year. At that scale, our specialist programme management delivers more than a standard production line can.
We work across everything from short, limited edition runs through to more sustained programme delivery, from our two UK manufacturing facilities in Dagenham and Pontypool.
03 How much content can be added to the vehicle?
As much or as little as the programme requires. Our capability spans the full spectrum — from targeted trim and specification enhancements to existing ranges to fully realised halo vehicles with bespoke design and engineering.
Your commercial objectives and visual ambitions determine the scope.
04 How do customers raise a claim for warranty or after-sales support?
Customers should go through their dealer, who can submit a claim on our dedicated Dealer Portal. Our team of experts will assess the claim and return with a decision within 24 hours of receipt of all required documentation.
05 Are you qualified or certified?
With over a decade of experience, we certainly are. Our credentials include:

We also hold Ford Pro Convertor status and Stellantis LCV Approval, Mercedes Strategic Partner and VW Approved Converter accreditation.
It means that every vehicle we deliver meets the compliance and quality standards expected of the manufacturer, not just the converter.
06 Do you homologate the vehicles?
Yes. We offer a complete end-to-end programme delivery, not an additional service you need to manage elsewhere.
We hold European Whole Vehicle Type Approval and VCA Conformity of Production, which means we manage the full compliance and certification process and deliver a vehicle that is road-legal and market-ready.
