What we do

Design
Our team works with OEMs from all over the world working on projects from concept all the way to production. We utilise our PDS processes with a strong focus on project management to deliver to time, cost and quality. Our team immerse themselves in the programme’s commercial objectives, target market and technical standards to take OEM brief’s from the earliest concept sketch through to full production-feasible design.

Engineering
Our engineering and design teams collaborate to develop, digitally simulate and validate every project, ensuring robust, production-ready solutions. Supported by OEM-inspired project management, we deliver programmes on time, to budget and with uncompromising quality. From tooling and PPAP documentation to production systems, our specialists provide a tailored approach for every customer. We design and build assembly tooling in-house, delivering solutions ranging from manual workstations to fully automated production facilities.

Manufacturing
Either in house or through trusted partners we manufacture bespoke injection moulding parts, interior trim, wheels and suspension. We also have two semi-automated robotic spray booths with AI technology, seven dedicated spray booths and five station paint lines. All vehicles are converted under European (or GB) Whole Vehicle Type Approval under our CoP and go through rigorous safety and quality checks.

Assembly
We provide vehicle assembly services for multiple OEMs across two facilities for thousands of units per year. We pride ourselves on our unique methodology and facilities that we have perfected over the past 10 years. This enables us to robustly deliver high-quality products to our customers.

Aftersales
We have a dedicated Customer Services team who manage all aspects within Aftersales, including Warranty, Parts Order and field tech support.

Bespoke Dealer Portal
Our bespoke Dealer Portal allows dealers to raise warranty claims, order spare parts and find Fitting Instructions videos.
